Beacon is led by Rob Randolph. Rob is an accomplished marketing executive with 15 years of experience helping businesses grow through strategic digital marketing.
Rob has an extensive track record of developing and implementing integrated digital plans that drive growth. He works with his network of top talent to administer and deliver outstanding results from eCommerce, Search, Digital Advertising, Social Media, Email, & Analytics.
Rob has advised and provided critical marketing leadership for many globally recognized brands through agency affiliation and in-house, a selection of which includes: Ford Motor Company, Urban Outfitters, Puma, Aramark, Vox Footwear, Syndrome Distribution, Mapquest, NBC, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Deloitte & Touche and over 20 others.
Rob brings a diverse educational, personal, and professional background. He has achieved national ranking as an action sports athlete, has exhibited art internationally, and is also an accomplished academic having obtained terminal degrees in Art and Business, MFA & MBA. Rob taught as a Professor of Art, Design, & Technology at Drexel and Arcadia Universities in Philadelphia.
